Here's the thing...I figured out immediately where the negative was. So I spent most of the movie silently yelling "YOU IDIOT!" at the screen.
But it was beautifully shot and most of the performances were good, so we'll call it a nice piece of cinema fluff.

Now THIS is Scorsese. Top to bottom, beginning to end, just freaking great. You may start thinking about comparing it to "American Hustle", but ten minutes in you'll have completely forgotten "American Hustle" and will be comparing it to "Casino".
